The  R 1800F-PL  is a fully automated turning arm wrapping machine.
with a rotating arm around the pallet and a powered pre-stretch film carriage without affecting the pallet load.

1.OMRON PLC controller
Separate 0-9 top, bottom & up-down Wrap Counter Selector;
2. Metal fencing fitted with light screens with mute function on the input and output aperture of the machine in order to prevent people from entering the wrapping zone. These light screens, safety class IV IP66, are fitted onto a separate  column in order to prevent the transmission of vibrations from the fencing.
3.Manual carriage up/down;
4.Automatic height sensor of the pallet load through a photo cell which is also able to detect dark loads;
5.safety circuit with Pilz CE certified relays.
6.Shielded cables and filters, fitted with frequency controlled motors in accordance with electromagnetic Directive 98/37.
